Join us in supporting our neighbors who have been affected by Hurricane Helene. Many in our community have lost their belongings due to the severe flooding, and we're stepping up to help with a special clothing swap.

From Tuesday, October 1st to Friday, October 4th (10 AM - 7 PM), we’re inviting everyone to drop off clean, gently-used adult clothing, accessories, bags, shoes, and new socks or underwear. We’re looking for all types of clothing—casual, work attire, pajamas, and more—for all genders.

On Saturday, October 5th, from 10 AM - 5 PM, the clothing swap will be open for those in need. Everything is free, and we encourage you to come early for the best selection.

In our continued partnership with The Period Pantry, we will be collecting period related items for Hurricane victims.

Tiger Dust will be registering folks to vote, and Royal Suzie will be accepting non clothing items for Metropolitan Ministries.

Let’s come together as a community to lend a helping hand and provide comfort and support through this time. Whether you’re donating or picking up, your participation will make a huge difference!

The Disco Dolls invites you to an evening of art and celebration at the opening reception for "Emerging from the Intangible," an art show by mixed media artist Renee Buono. This exhibition showcases Renee’s unique approach to art-making, where she combines watercolor, paint, and marker to create vibrant, flowing pieces that encourage personal interpretation and spark the imagination.

Join us on Thursday, August 29th, from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, to experience this captivating collection firsthand. Enjoy our signature punch, mingle with fellow art enthusiasts, and immerse yourself in a world of color and creativity.

The show will be on display through October 8th, so even if you can't make it to the opening, you'll have plenty of opportunities to see these stunning works.

"Emerging from the Intangible" is a visually captivating exploration that invites viewers to interpret the intricate lines, shapes, and colors within Buono's pieces. The show delves into the artist's process of letting go, embracing the fluidity of her medium, and uncovering hidden forms within her creations. Buono, who began developing her unique style while in graduate school for art therapy and counseling, uses watercolor, paint, and markers to evoke emotions and spark the imagination.

"I hope that my artwork sparks the imagination of viewers and creates a sense of intrigue," says Buono. Her pieces, inspired by the ocean and nature yet guided by a free-flowing creative process, are a testament to the beauty that emerges when one releases control and allows the art to take shape organically.

Are you ready to strut your stuff and showcase unique style on the runway? The Disco Dolls Studio is thrilled to announce an open casting call for models for our upcoming Fashion & Hair Showcase “Creation & Curation” The purpose of this event is to show the unique individual perspectives of the stylists and designer at The Disco Dolls Studio.

We're on the lookout for individuals who exude confidence, creativity, and charisma to join us for this exciting event.

• Open to Hair Changes: Models who are open to cutting or coloring their hair will be given special consideration.

Why You Should Audition:

• Unique Opportunity: This is your chance to be a part of an exciting fashion and hair showcase that celebrates individuality and style.

• Creative Collaboration: Work alongside talented stylists and designers to bring cutting-edge looks to life.

• Inclusive Environment: We celebrate diversity and welcome models from all backgrounds and walks of life.

• Compensation: All models receive $100 in store credit, and half off custom designs for 6 months, if selected hair cut and/or color.
